Alhamdolilah, we are going through the 🌈blessed month of Ramadan, with full zest n zeal.
Various targets🏹 must have been set by people, to achieve during this month, mostly spiritual📿 and religious, but a few also set food 🍝🍕related targets, too.
Food related targets can be set to
💡achieve certain required weight 🏋️goals,
💡or to learn the ideology of fast, that is, patience,
💡or to know how a needy person feels.
May Allah help us all achieve our goals and to bless us beyond our measures, Ameen.
The first thought about the concept of fasting, if explained to a non believer, will be of 💥hunger. But actually, after a couple of days in Ramadan, you all must know, that hunger does not ❌❌ bother us . We might feel the cravings for a few days, but the 👨👨👦body registers to the pattern of change of our food intake time🕖, and adjusts itself beautifully to that.
The hunger pangs are sorted, but the lack of 🚰water n electrolytes is not that easily sorted. For this, the body send us different 🚦signals, or we can say we feel some pain n aches at various places.
If you are 🚱dehydrated, then you can have muscle cramps or pains, 😵confusion, stomach aches, 😱constipation, 📴📶low energy and sometimes painful joints too. So, go ahead and increase your 🚰fluid intake between Iftar🌇 and Sahoor🌄. Try using fresh fruit n vegetable🍏🍇🍓 extracts or juices, as it will have calories plus vitamins n minerals for the electrolyte balance 🔄of the body.
If your calcium and phosphorus levels are depleted⏬⏬, then too, your body will send messages via leg cramps and pains. This can especially experienced at night, while 🛌sleeping. So, include more dairy products🍶 like milk, yogurt, lassi, milkshakes, or any other you find of interest.
Do keep an eye 👀on the color and amount of your urine, it should not be, less or yellow.
The season 🌞🌞of this Ramadan also calls for being 🚰hydrated.
Even if, after following this, your muscle pains and joint pains don’t become under control, do visit a 🏥physician. Get yourself checked properly.
