A Mother After Telephonic Sessions

Program: Telephonic Session
Coach: Amna Ahmad
Client: Mom of 1
Country: Islamabad, Pakistan

So I looked up to PRC when I had been a total wreck. My life felt stuck, my whimpers meant nothing to my loved ones; the only 2 solution to every problem u hear is what I was hearing
1. Sabr kro ( be patient)
2. Sab k sath hota hai ( every married woman goes through it)

Wasn’t marriage a sacred relation that was meant to elevate u spiritually? Or to take u down?
Does 2 wrongs make 1 thing right?

When the external factors started affecting my peace of mind and my relationship with husband that’s the moment I decided to go on with PRC.

I never wanted an average Life, even as a child, as a student I always was vocal about injustices.

That is when my prayers were answered in the name of my determination to get myself counselled. Another word looked down upon!?

” counselling” = “pagal ho”

The way mam Amna listened without fear of me getting judged. The methods of communication, the strategies she taught, the manner in which she guided , all helped me navigate through the turmoil. Though I am still learning. But she was like a motherly figure rather more than that. An angel to help me.

I feel so light now after my session with her, feel less emotionally vulnerable , though there’s a lot to learn more but at least my mind my thoughts are at rest for now

Thank you PRC and Jazakillah to mam Amna.
May Allah make your lives easier the way you make our easy to cope with.

I believe that life skills are needed more than any other skill to life a quality life without complains and spiritual ailments.

Let’s work towards a better life and lets never ignore how we feel and lets promise to take of our mental health just like we take care of our physical beings.

Alhamdolilah. Grateful for the platform of PRC.
