Before taking sessions, I was struggling with anxiety, indecisiveness, stress, codependency, I did not know how to deal with situations which was having an effect on my physical health.
My experience of taking sessions was really helpful and extremely beneficial.
A serious of improvements have taken place. I have learnt to recognise my emotions and navigate them as well as giving importance to myself and my feelings and to understand why I am feeling what I am feeling, to become independent and not to dwell into my emotions.
I have leaned to be assertive, I have leaned different ways to increase self-esteem, become emotionally dependent and set intentions before doing anything.
